Manufacturing technology
The manufacturing technology of high-elastic polyester fiber yarn is diverse, including but not limited to the following:
Traditional DT, DTY method: Through stretching, twisting and other processes, the fiber is curled and elastic.
Asymmetric (uneven) processing method: The asymmetry of the fiber during processing is used to produce permanent curling, thereby improving the elasticity of the fiber.
Asymmetric cooling molding method: By controlling the asymmetry of the fiber flow during the cooling process, the fiber has the potential for self-winding, thus giving it high elasticity.
New polyester materials: New polyester materials such as PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) and P1TI1 (polypropylene terephthalate) have higher elasticity and softness and can be used to make high-elastic polyester fiber yarns.
